SUBJECT: DECISIONS OF THE 35^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 35^th Annual General Meeting of Dome Investments Public Company Ltd was held on Wednesday 26 July 2017, at Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel in Protaras.

The Annual General Meeting discussed and resolved on the following:

• 1. Examined and approved the Directors report, the Financial Statements and the Auditors' report for the year ended 31 December 2016.
• 1. Examined and approved the re-election of the retiring Director Mr. Andreas Tsokkos.
• 1. Examined and decided that the Non-executive Directors' remuneration for 2017 will be set at an annual fee of €3.000 plus €500 for each meeting of the Board of Directors.
• 1. Examined and approved the re-appointment of the auditors KPMG Ltd and authorized the Board of Directors to determine their remuneration.
