Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c. (hereafter and: the Bank), informs the investment public that within the process of developing a sustainable business model, business optimization and its advancement within the HPB Group, the Bank is beginning a merging process of its subsidiary HPB-Stambena štedionica, d.d. with headquarters in Zagreb, Savska cesta 58, signed into a court register at Commercial court in Zagreb under the number 080560254, Personal identification number: 44091063990, within which the Bank holds all the shares.
Notification for customers, as well as all other further steps, will be published by HPB-Stambena štedionica, on the official website www.hpb-stedionica.hr
After the procurement of all agreements, the public will be notified in due course about the signing of the Merger agreement and the finalization of the aforementioned transaction.
