AlzChem Group AG: CEO Ulli Seibel leaves the company at the end of 2019 after ten successful years
Trostberg, April 3, 2019 – Ulli Seibel, CEO of AlzChem Group AG, informed the Supervisory Board today that he will leave the company on December 31, 2019 for personal reasons.
Markus Zöllner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board: “In recent years, Mr. Seibel has been instrumental in driving the realignment of AlzChem into a specialty chemicals company, including the associated investment program. We would like to express our sincere thanks to him for this. We therefore regret all the more Mr. Seibel’s resignation at the end of the year.”
Ulli Seibel: “After ten exciting and successful years at the helm of AlzChem, it is time for me to pass on the baton. I will continue to be fully committed until the end of the year and ensure a smooth transition so that AlzChem Group AG can continue its growth course without interruption.”
