Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), LEI: 529900DUWS1DGNEK4C68, Member State: Republic of Croatia, ISIN: HRRIVPRA000, Securities: RIVP (RIVP-R-A), Listing: The Prime Market of Zagrebačka burza d.d., following the announced Notification of release of 38,057 treasury shares dated 10th June 2019, hereby informs that the release of treasury shares was the result of dividend payment in rights, i.e. in treasury shares.

According to the General assembly's Decision dated 9 th May 2019, 380 shareholders of the Company who previously filed a request for partially dividend payment in rights, i.e. treasury shares, have realized the right on dividend payment in rights.
