Tullow Oil plc confirms Delisting of Ordinary Shares from Euronext Dublin

Further to the announcement made on 12 September 2022, Tullow Oil plc ("Tullow") confirms that the listing of Tullow's ordinary shares of 10p each on Euronext Dublin has been cancelled with effect from 6.00pm yesterday, Monday 10 October 2022.

The delisting does not affect Tullow's premium listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and on the First Official List of the Ghana Stock Exchange.
