Change of Auditor

The Company announces that, following a competitive tender process led by the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditor of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting.

Deloitte LLP, the Company's current auditor, will step down following completion of the audit of the financial year ending 31 December 2023, in line with mandatory rotation requirements.
