Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ('the Company' or 'Hill & Smith') announces that it has been notified that Hannah Nichols, Chief Financial Officer of Hill & Smith, has been granted 3,778 Ordinary Share options in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') under the rules of the Company's 2014 Employee ShareSave Scheme (the 'Scheme'). Mrs Nichols' 2019 grant of 3,191 Ordinary Share options has been cancelled, in accordance with the rules of the Scheme.

As a result of this transaction, Hannah Nichols now has a beneficial interest in 3,106 Ordinary Shares and retains share options over 122,975 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
