Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hypoport AG passed away
Berlin, 15 April 2019: Hypoport AG has noted with great regret that the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Ottheinz Jung-Senssfelder (*1944), who has been in this position since 2005, has passed away.
The Company has received a supplementary motion for the agenda of the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2019. It is proposed that a new member be elected to the Company’s Supervisory Board with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2019, for the remaining term of the retired member. The remaining term runs until the end of the Annual General Meeting, which resolves on the formal approval of the actions of the Supervisory Board for the fiscal year 2019.
The supplementary motion will be published in a timely manner.
