ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject: Approval and Publication of the Semi-Annual Interim Financial Report of Constantinou Bros Properties Plc covering the first half of 2017 (unaudited results)

Based on the regulations of the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (the "CSE") we hereby would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Constantinou Bros Properties Plc (the "Company") at its meeting held today on 28th September, 2017, studied and approved the unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the first six months of the year ended on 30th June, 2017 (the "Report"). Please find attached the full text of the Report.

It is noted that the unaudited interim financial semi-annual statements of 30th June 2017 have been prepared under the International Accounting Standard (IAS) 34.

The full report will be sent to all shareholders the next working day after the date of this announcement.

Copies of the report will be available free of charge at the registered office of the Company at 77 Poseidon Avenue, Paphos 8042. At the same time, the Report will be available on the CSE website, www.cse.com.cy, from where it can also be printed.
