Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)

M&G plc announces the below change to the interests of  Ms Murden.

On 30 September 2022, options were granted to one PDMR under the M&G plc November 2022 Sharesave Plan with an exercise price of £1.61. The Sharesave options granted have a contract start date of 1 November 2022 and are exercisable from 1 November 2025 to 30 April 2026.

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
