In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 September 2022, the Company's capital consisted of 187,434,303 ordinary shares of 1p, of which 4,470,388 ordinary shares were held in Treasury. Shares held in Treasury do not possess voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 182,963,915.

The above figure (182,963,915) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson Diversified Income Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
