Intraware Investments Public Ltd announces that the shareholders of the Company at their meeting held on 1 st December 2017 approved the Board of Directors' proposal for the payment of an interim dividend out of the profits of the third quarter of 2017 of €570.000 corresponding to €14,25 per share.
The dividend will be paid to the entitled shareholders of the Company who will be registered on the CSE registry on 15th December 2017 (record date). The share of the Company will be traded in the CSE exdividend as of 14 December 2017.
Investors that will purchase shares at the CSE by close of business on 13th December 2017 (Last Cum Date) will be entitled to the dividend. It is noted that shareholders entitled to the dividend will also be the holders of shares based on an off exchange transfer to be completed by the record date. Payment of the dividend will be made (effected) till the 5 January 2017.
