Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Speedy today announces the appointment of Peel Hunt LLP as its joint corporate broker, working alongside existing joint broker, Liberum Capital Limited, with immediate effect.

In conjunction with its appointment as joint corporate broker, Speedy has also appointed Peel Hunt LLP to jointly manage, alongside Liberum Capital Limited, the Company's existing share buyback programme. No changes have been made to the terms of the share buyback programme as originally announced on 27 January 2022 and updated on 9 September 2022.
