ANNOUNCEMENT 15/12/2017 : PROFIT WARNING

In accordance with the regulations of the CSE and the SEC, Mitsides Public Company Limited announces that the results of the Group for the year ending on 31 December 2017, will be significantly lower than the results for 2016. The decrease is mainly attributed to a decrease in the gross profit margins in the Flour Department.
