Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), LEI: 529900DUWS1DGNEK4C68, Member State: Republic of Croatia, ISIN: HRRIVPRA000, Securities: RIVP (RIVP-R-A), Listing: The Official Market of Zagrebačka burza d.d. pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 22nd March 2019 the Company acquired 5,353 own shares which represent 0.0042% of the Company's share capital and on 25th March 2019 the Company acquired 7,540 own shares which represent 0.0059% of the Company's share capital.

After these acquisitions, the total number of own shares held by the Company is 3,313,571 and they represent 2.6292% of the Company's share capital.
