Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), LEI: 529900DUWS1DGNEK4C68, Member State: Republic of Croatia, ISIN: HRRIVPRA000, Securities: RIVP (RIVP-R-A), Listing: The Official Market of Zagrebačka burza d.d. pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 7 th March 2019 the Company acquired 27.431 own shares which represent 0.0217% of the Company's share capital and on 8 th March 2019 the Company acquired 5.908 own shares which represent 0.0046% of the Company's share capital.

After these acquisitions, the total number of own shares held by the Company is 3,229,569 and they represent 2.5625% of the Company's share capital.
