Kingspan Group plc ("Kingspan") announces completion of the acquisition of Ondura Group

Kingspan, the global leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions, is pleased to announce further to its earlier announcement on 18 February 2022 (RNS 0677C), that it yesterday completed the acquisition of Ondura Group.

There are no significant matters or changes which would require to be announced in accordance with Listing Rule 10.4.2.
