Subject: Notification on the sale of the business share in the company Žitar d.o.o.

Pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, GRANOLIO d.d., Zagreb. Budmanijeva 5, OIB:59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that on March 4, 2019, a contract of sale of the business share held by the Company in Žitar d.o.o. from Donii Miholiac. Kralia Držislava 1, OIB: 66951972250, representing 49.69% of its share capital, for the amount of HRK 22,000,000.00. The purchase price will be used to settle a part of the debt to creditors who have the pledged right on the shares.

This notification was delivered to the Officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency - HANFA, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Croatian News Agency - HinaOTS and it is available on the Company web site www.granolio.hr.
