CHANGE OF REPORTING CURRENCY

The Board of Directors of Intraware Investments Public Ltd during its meeting held on 22 February 2018, has decided to change its presentation currency from Russian Ruble to Euro for the preparation of its consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the European Community. The reason for the change is that the majority of the income of Intraware Investments Public Ltd, the main bank account and the majority of the expenses are in EUR.
