Board Change

Retirement of Steve Sanders, Chief Operating Officer

ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or "the Group"), the UK's leading direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand, today announces that Steve Sanders intends to retire from his role as Chief Operating Officer and from the Board.

Steve has been with ProCook for the last 7 years, during which time the Group has grown from being a £15m revenue business to nearly £70m revenue, with 56 stores, in 2022.

Steve will retire in Spring 2023, following his notice period, allowing for a smooth handover of his responsibilities to the Group's Executive team, which has recently been expanded.
