The Company announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on the London Stock Exchange from RBC Europe Limited, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's general meeting on 28 July 2022 and as part of its up to £30 million share repurchase programme announced on 2 March 2022.
