The Board of Directors of the Public Company Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, in the meeting that took place on 23 April 2018, reviewed and approved the Financial Statements of the Company and the Group for the year 2017.
The Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group are sent to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and can be found on the website of the Company www.woolworthgroup.com.cy.
The date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be fixed and announced later.
