ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject: Approval and Publication of the final audited results of ORCA INVESTMENTS PLC, for the year ended December 31, 2017

Based on the regulations of the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (the "CSE"), we hereby would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of ORCA INVESTMENTS PLC, (the "Company") at its meeting held today on April 27, 2018, considered and approved the Annual Financial Statements of 31st December 2017 (the "Report") which were prepared in accordance with the International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, which are attached to this announcement.

The full Report will be sent to all shareholders the next working day following the date of this announcement.

At the same time, the Report will be available on the CSE website, www.cse.com.cy, from where it may be also printed.

The Board of Directors also set the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on the 15^th of June, 2018 at 12:00 noon at the registered office of the Company at Poseidon Avenue 77, in Kato Paphos.
