Subject: Notification on acquisition of own shares (RIVP)

Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 12th December 2018 the Company acquired 4.693 own shares which represent 0.0037% of the Company's share capital and on 13th December 2018 the Company acquired 19.704 own shares which represent 0.0156% of the Company's share capital.

After these acquisitions, the total number of own shares held by the Company is 2,947,526 and they represent 2.3388% of the Company's share capital.
