Subject: Notification on disposal of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) according to the article 474 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on disposal of 10,000 own shares (0.23812 % of the share capital) on December 13, 2018, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company, concluded with the President of the Management Board of the Company in accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of the Company taken at the meeting held on December 13. 2018, all in the name of contributing to the successful work and improvement of the Company's business.

After this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 71,002 which represents 1.69069 % of the share capital of the Company.
