Subject: Notification on acquisition of the Company's shares by a manager

In accordance with the obligations arising out of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8. (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the Company's shares by a manager:

On December 13, 2018 Mr. Marinko Došen, President of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., acquired 10,000 shares of the Company at the price of HRK 174.27 per share, in the total amount of HRK 1.742,700.00, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company.

The acquired shares represent 0.23812% of the share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Došen owns a total of 15,619 shares of the Company.
