Directors Declaration

As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company announces the following changes to Zillah Byng-Thorne, Chief Executive Officer of the Company,  Non-Executive positions.

●     With effect from 15 September 2022, Zillah has stepped down from her Non-Executive Director position with THG plc;

●     With effect from 1 October 2022 Zillah has been appointed a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of Trustpilot Group plc.

As announced by Flutter Entertainment plc in February, Zillah will be stepping down from the position of Non-Executive Director ahead of Flutter's 2023 Annual General Meeting.
