Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) according to the article 474 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisition of the 2,710 Company's own shares (0.06453% of the share capital of the Company) on December 12^th, 2018 based on the transactions on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange at an average price HRK 174.97.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 78,292 which represents 1.86428% of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 81,002 which represents 1.92881% of the share capital of the Company.
