Subject: Notification of agreement concluded with TUI UK for the year 2019 - correction

Valamar Riviera d.d with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB) 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) according to Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, hereby announces that the Company concluded legal transactions for the year 2019 with TUI UK Ltd. Reg.2830117 Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton LU2 9TN, England (hereinafter: TUI UK), related to the provision of hospitality services at the Company`s properties of the estimated annual value totaling HRK 125,525,400.

With this business collaboration with TUI UK, the leading tour operator on the European source market, the Company has secured one part of the occupancy at its hotels in the 2019 main season and shoulder season.
