Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Act, Company Law and Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Granolio d.d. Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OIB: 59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company or the Issuer), hereby announces that the Commercial court in Zagreb has publicized the decision of the restructuring plan acceptance determination and pre-bankruptcy agreement confirmation on the e-notice board of the Ministry of Justice on December 11, 2018.

This notification was delivered to the Officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency - HANFA, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Croatian News Agency and it is available on the Company web site www.granolio.hr.
