Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) according to the article 474 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisition of the 4,475 Company's own shares (0.10656% of the share capital of the Company) based on the transactions on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, as follows:

• 2,904 shares on December 10^th, 2018 at an average price HRK 175.31 and

• 1,571 shares on December 11^th, 2018 at an average price HRK 173.50.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 73,817, which represents 1.75772% of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 78,292, which represents 1.86428% of the share capital of the Company.
