STEMMER IMAGING continues its expansion with the foundation of a subsidiary in Italy

Puchheim, 13 June 2019 – STEMMER IMAGING AG (ISIN DE000A2G9MZ9 / GSIN A2G9MZ), listed on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has established a subsidiary in the Italian city of Bologna. After registration in the commercial register, the machine vision specialist is now represented in all key European markets with local subsidiaries.
Immediately after the announcement of the acquisition of the Spanish Group Infaimon S.L. which has subsidiaries in Portugal, Mexico and Brazil, STEMMER IMAGING is systematically moving ahead with its expansion strategy. The company has operated in the Italian market for many years as a reliable provider of innovative machine vision solutions. The customer base will now be able to access STEMMER IMAGING products and services directly from the Bologna location.
