Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company), according to the article 474 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisition of the 860 Company's own shares (0.02048% of the share capital of the Company) based on the transactions on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, as follows:

• 460 shares on November 22^nd, 2018 at an average price of HRK 178.22, and
• 400 shares on November 23rd, 2018 at an average price of HRK 178.97.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 71,275 which represents 1.69719 % of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 72,135 which represents 1.71767 % of the share capital of the Company.
