In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the letter to shareholders concerning the 'statement of reasons' sent by Deloitte LLP, as the outgoing auditor, to the Company on 2 September 2022, as required under section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, has been forwarded to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism website at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The sole reason for Deloitte LLP ceasing to act as auditors at the conclusion of the AGM held on 6 September 2022 was the upcoming requirement to mandatorily rotate as auditors.
