Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Grafton Group plc (the "Group" or the "Company"), the international building materials distributor and DIY retailer, is pleased to announce that it has completed its £100.0 million share buyback programme that commenced on 9 May 2022.

Between 9 May 2022 and 12 September 2022, 12.28 million ordinary shares in the Company were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange for cancellation at an average price of £8.14 per share.  This represented 5.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares) when the programme commenced.
