2022 INTERIM DIVIDEND - CHANGE TO UK PAYMENT DATE

As a result of the bank holiday announced for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's State Funeral, the payment date for the Company's 2022 interim cash dividend will now be Tuesday 20 September 2022 for shareholders who hold their shares on the UK register.

The dividend payment date for shareholders who hold their shares on the South Africa register remains as Monday 19 September 2022.

All other matters relating to the interim dividend remain unchanged.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and send our sincerest condolences to the Royal Family.
