Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 30th October 2018 the Company acquired 13.928 own shares which represent 0.0111% of the Company's share capital.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares held by the Company is 2,142,652 and they represent 1.7001% of the Company's share capital.
