AO World plc, a leading online electrical retailer, announces that non-executive director, Shaun McCabe, has been appointed to the Board of boohoo group plc as Chief Financial Officer.  Shaun is expected to take up the position next month and will step down as Chief Financial Officer of Trainline plc on 15 September 2022. Shaun is currently an existing non-executive director of boohoo group plc.
