ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject: Bond issue from Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited

Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the «Company») has decided to issue a Bond which will be offered to a limited number of investors in order to increase the Company's capital and achieve its business goals. The Bond will have the following characteristics:

• · Issue amount: €1.5 million
• · Type: Non-convertible
• · Interest: 3.5% per annum
• · Duration: 5 years
• · Collateral: Company assets of €1.5 million

Following the issue, the Company will proceed with the introduction of the Bond to the Cyprus Stock Exchange by preparing a Prospectus which will be submitted for approval to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company will keep the investing public informed of the above procedures and developments
