AURELIUS increases its dividend proposal for the financial year 2018
Munich, 28 June 2019 -The successful sale of Solidus Group has prompted the Executive Board of the general partner of AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8) to increase its dividend proposal to the annual general meeting on July 19, 2019 to EUR 3.00 per share (EUR 1.50 base dividend plus EUR 1.50 participation dividend per share) for the financial year 2018 and to support a respective proposal at the annual general meeting. According to provisional calculations, the transaction will presumably have a positive impact on AURELIUS’ 2019 results of approx. EUR 102 million.
