**MEDIENMITTEILUNG**

**Im ersten Halbjahr 2019 Anstieg des inneren Werts pro Namenaktie auf CHF 10.45 (Performance von 4.94%)**

In den ersten sechs Monaten des laufenden Geschäftsjahres stieg der provisorisch berechnete innere Wert der Gesellschaft von CHF 9.96 pro Aktie per 31. Dezember 2018 auf CHF 10.45 per 30. Juni 2019. Dies ergibt eine Performance von 4.94% und entspricht einem Halbjahresergebnis von rund CHF 4.49. Mio.

Die Nennwertrückzahlung von CHF 0.50 findet wie folgt statt:

Zahldatum:     26. Juli 2019

Die Halbjahreszahlen per 30. Juni 2019 werden am 23. August 2019 veröffentlicht.
