ANNOUNCEMENT

Lordos United Plastics Ltd announces that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held yesterday, 27 June 2018 after the end of the Annual General Meeting, it appointed Mr. Savvakis C. Savvides as new member of the Board of Directors in the place of Mr. Leonidas Patriotis who resigned on 1 June 2018. The composition of the Committees is as follows:
