Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company), according to article 474 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the 2,364 Company's own shares (0,05629% of the share capital of the Company) on September 28th, 2018 based on the transactions on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, at an average price of 177.72 HRK.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 65,339, which represents 1.55584 % of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 67,703, which represents 1.61214 % of the share capital of the Company.
