ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - Dividend payment

We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting that was held yesterday, approved the Board of Directors recommendation for dividend payment in cash from the profits of 2016.

The dividend will be $\epsilon$ 231.567 which corresponds to $\epsilon$ 0,015 per share or 8,82% on the nominal value of the share.

The dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 24^th of July 2018 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 23rd of July 2018.

Finally, the dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 15^th of August 2018.
