Change in Board and Committee Responsibilities

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, the Company advises that, following Glyn Barker stepping down as Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Board, Chairman and member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting earlier today, Michael Dobson has been appointed as Chairman of the Company and of the Nomination Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Additionally, Natasha Adams has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

The above changes are effective immediately.
