Subject: Notification on disposal of the Company's shares by a manager

In accordance with the obligations arising out of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes notification on disposal of the Company's shares by a manager:

Mrs Katija Klepo, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has disposed 654 (in words: six hundred fifty four) shares of the Company based on transactions on the Zagreb stock exchange, as follows:

• on September 19, 2018 39 shares in the total amount of 7,507.50 HRK, at an average price of 192.50 HRK per share;

• on September 20, 2018 340 shares in the total amount of 64,557.50 HRK, at an average price of 189.88 HRK per share:

• on September 21, 2018 275 shares in the total amount of 52,117.50 HRK, at an average price of 189.52 HRK per share.

The disposed shares represent 0.01557% of the share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mrs. Katija Klepo owns a total of 65,484 shares of the Company.
