Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 7 th September 2018 the Company acquired 9.333 own shares which represent 0.0074% of the Company's share capital.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares held by the Company is 2,116,746 and they represent 1.6795% of the Company's share capital.
