Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Pazin under the following registration number (MBS) 040020883, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company or Valamar) hereby announces that on 18 August 2018 Valamar and Valamar A GmbH as buyers concluded Share purchase and assignment Agreement to purchase 100% shares in company Matthias Aichmann GmbH, with registered office in Gamsleitenstraβe 6, 5562 Obertauern, Austria. The Petersbühel hotel 4* is owned by company Matthias Aichmann GmbH.

Valamar expects to complete required activities to take over leading of the Petersbühel hotel 4* in Obertauern within the next two months.
