Safestore Holdings plc (the Company)

Exercise of 2019 Sharesave Options and PDMR Dealings

The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each (Shares) undertaken by the following directors/ persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs).

Following the maturity of the Company's 2019 three-year Sharesave (2019 (3YR) Sharesave) scheme on 1 September 2022, Frederic Vecchioli, Chief Executive Officer and Andy Jones, Chief Financial Officer and directors of the Company/PDMRs, each exercised options over 3,529 Shares, granted at an option price of £5.10 per Share on 14 August 2019.
