Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 2 nd August 2018 the Company acquired 759 own shares which represent 0.0006% of the Company's share capital.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares held by the Company is 2,012,087 and they represent 1.5965% of the Company's share capital.
